Be careful when reading reviews. If you do not do your due diligence, you can easily end up believing things that are not accurate. I recently went to EHM and had a very solid experience. I traveled from Texas, which is a quick and easy flight. The process of getting an appointment is simple. You message them on WhatsApp, they review your photos to estimate graft count, give you a price, and once you book your flight, your appointment is confirmed. My procedure was done on December 26, 2025. My taxi was waiting at the airport when I landed and was punctual for every scheduled pickup and drop off. I chose a flight that landed later in the evening. If I were to do it again, I would change that. My procedure started at 6am and by the time I checked into the hotel, it was close to 1am. EHM is what I would call an in and out clinic. Turn and burn. For a hair transplant, I am not sure what else you actually need. Some people are very needy and want constant hand holding and ego stroking. If that is you, skip this place and go pay 15 to 30k in the United States or go to a large clinic in Turkey. You will not get that experience here. The staff were friendly and everyone I interacted with was from Turkey. Despite what some reviews claim, the clinic was not dirty. It was more than acceptable and all staff had proper PPE for the procedure. I needed 4300 grafts. The extraction process took a few hours, and between extraction and implantation they provide a sandwich and juice. I expected it to be bad, but it was actually good. The implantation portion took the longest. From start to finish, the entire process was roughly 8 hours, so plan for a full day. After the procedure, I was given medications and written instructions. Everything was straightforward and easy to follow. Do not expect the clinic to check in on you afterward. If you want that level of follow up, again, go pay a large amount of money to a doctor in the United States. The hotel is a standard hotel. I would bring your own shampoo and soap because the provided stuff isn't anything special. If my wife had come with me, I would have probably gotten us something nicer but the bedding and the pillows are actually not bad so It was more than doable for what I needed. It is close to the clinic and there is plenty of food nearby, which was convenient since I chose to rest between my procedure on Saturday and my first wash on Monday before heading home. EHM does not ask for reviews. As a business owner myself, I think this is a mistake. A lot of the recent one star reviews are pure nonsense. One individual leaving negative reviews appears to only leave one star reviews across the board. For the price, this was a no brainer for me. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the procedure itself is simple and painless. At the time of this review I am 3 weeks post procedure, photos are attached. The black shirt photo was 10 days post op. My most recent photo looks spotty but this is standard shock loss and a part of the regrowth process everyone goes through. They tell you at 6 months you will have full hair and 12-18 months you will get the fullness of the procedure. If you check Reddit, you will find more accurate reviews from people who have had great results and who post real photos of their progress. The reviews there are what gave me the confidence to book an appointment and i'm glad I did.

I would like to share my very positive experience with the Esthetic Hair company. At first, I was negotiating with another clinic, trying to decide between FUE or DHI. Fortunately, I had the chance to start texting with Mr. Reza from Turkey, who carefully explained all the risks and benefits of these procedures at my age. His detailed advice convinced me to choose the procedure I eventually traveled to Cancun for—and I am truly happy I listened to his wise guidance. Before the procedure, I was very nervous, but Dr. Kader and her team—Zeynep and Engin—made me feel calm and comfortable. Dr. Kader is young and beautiful, yet extremely knowledgeable and professional. She even managed to transplant more grafts than I had expected, going above and beyond to achieve the best possible results. I also want to thank Helin, the wonderful manager, who guided me through the process several times and explained clearly what I should expect afterward. Even though I am still a little sore, I feel confident and very positive about my future look. I came here following a friend’s recommendation, and I am so glad I did. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a hair transplant—you will be in very good hands.

The communication with the points of contact was good. I was talking to negar before my arrival to Turkey and afterwards. Negar answered all my concerns. I cannot speak to the results yet as it’s only been a few days. Looking forward to write another review in 8-10 months. I would recommend this clinic
